Compare the exact Oppo model
When looking at Oppo phone ads in Gujarat, ask for the full model, RAM and storage. Similar-looking phones can have different specifications. More megapixels or more RAM alone will not tell you which phone will suit you.
Try the things you use each day: a call, the camera, speakers and touchscreen. If a charger is included, test charging with that charger. Fast-charging support differs by model and charger; do not assume every phone offers the same speed.
Check the screen, battery and likely repair costs
Ask whether the screen, battery or another part has been replaced and whether the phone has had water damage. Look for display marks, lines, cracked glass and areas where touch does not respond. Test fingerprint or face unlocking if the model has it.
If the battery looks swollen or the back is lifting, stop testing and do not charge the phone. Ask the seller to have it checked at an authorised service centre. For ordinary battery wear, missing accessories or other repairs, add the likely cost to the asking price before comparing phones.
Before meeting a seller in Gujarat
Confirm the phone is still available, the viewing address and what comes with it. Read the location on each ad; do not assume every seller is close to you. Test the phone with the SIM and network you expect to use.
If a bill is available, match the model and IMEI with the phone. Before buying, ask the seller to remove their accounts and demonstrate setup after a reset. Do not buy on a promise to send the previous owner’s password later.
Ask exactly who provides any warranty
If the seller says the phone is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, check the bill and the terms for that phone. For a shop’s own warranty or return option, get the coverage and time limit in writing. Zutilo does not provide a warranty for the advertised phone.
Selling your Oppo phone?
Give the full Oppo model, RAM, storage, asking price and clear photos. Say how the battery lasts in your use, disclose repairs or faults, and state whether the bill and charger are included. Give a useful viewing area.
Back up the photos, contacts and files you want to keep. If you use an e-SIM, transfer your number to your next phone and confirm it works before erasing the old phone; ask your operator for help if needed. Then remove your accounts and erase the phone using the manufacturer’s instructions, including the old e-SIM.
Remove your physical SIM and memory card. Before handing over the phone, confirm payment in your own bank app rather than relying on a screenshot.
