How to Report

We take safety seriously. If you encounter any issues, please report them using one of the following methods:

On an Ad: Click the 'Report' flag icon on the ad details page.
On a Profile: Use the 'Report User' option on the seller's profile.
Via Email: Send details to info@zutilo.com.

What to Include

To help us investigate quickly, please provide:

Link to the ad or user profile.
Screenshots of messages or the issue.
Detailed description of what happened.
Date and time of the incident.

Our Process

We review all reports within 24 hours. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or contacting law enforcement if necessary. Your report will be kept confidential.
