New to Zutilo?

Creating Your First Account

Start by signing in with your mobile number and OTP. Add accurate profile and location details so browsing, posting, and communication work better.

Browsing & Searching

Use category, location, price, and condition filters to narrow listings. Check photos, description quality, seller details, and listing freshness before contacting a seller.

Mastering Ad Posting

Taking Great Photos

Photos are the most important part of your ad. Clean the item, use good lighting (daylight is best), take photos from multiple angles, and include close-ups of any details or defects.

Writing Descriptions that Sell

Be honest and specific. Mention brand, model, age, condition, included accessories, defects, location, and reason for selling where relevant.

Pricing Strategy

Check similar listings to see the market price. Pricing competitively will help you sell faster. You can also mark your price as 'Negotiable' to invite offers.

Managing Your Ads

Go to 'My Ads' to view your active, pending, and sold listings. You can edit active ads, mark items as sold, or delete ads you no longer need.

For Businesses

Setting Up Your Store

Business features help frequent sellers and shops present themselves more clearly. Available store details, package benefits, and verification steps may depend on the selected plan.

Using Analytics

Where analytics are available, use views, contacts, inquiries, and listing performance to improve photos, pricing, descriptions, and promotion choices.

Bulk Posting

If you have many listings to manage, contact us to discuss the current business options available for your category and location.

Boost Your Sales

Top Ad vs. Bump Up

Top Ad gives stronger placement where available. Bump Up refreshes listing visibility at supported intervals. Exact behavior, duration, and price can vary by package and category.

Urgent Label

The Urgent label adds urgency treatment to a listing. Use it only when you genuinely want faster attention and are ready to respond to buyers.

Payment Issues

If payment for a Zutilo service fails or a paid feature does not activate, contact us with your transaction ID, account details, and screenshots so we can review it.

Stay Safe

Spotting Scams

Be wary of buyers who want to pay without seeing the item, ask for your bank details immediately, or send fake payment screenshots. Never scan QR codes sent by buyers.

Meeting Safely

Always meet in a busy public place like a mall or coffee shop. Avoid inviting strangers into your home if possible. If selling large items from home, have a friend or family member with you.

Account Security

Never share your OTP with anyone, even if they claim to be from Zutilo support. Zutilo staff will never ask for your OTP.

Your Account

Updating Profile

Keep your profile updated with a real photo and accurate location. This builds trust with other users.

Notification Settings

Manage your push and email notifications in Settings. You can choose to be notified about new messages, ad approvals, and promotional offers.

Privacy Controls

You can control who sees your phone number. You can choose to hide it and only communicate via Zutilo chat.
