General Policy: Payments for these digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or used (e.g., your ad has been boosted).

Exceptions & Disputes: We value our customers and fair play. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if a technical issue prevented the service from being delivered as described, you may raise a complaint.

• Investigation: You can contact our support team at support@zutilo.com. We will investigate your claim based on our server logs and service delivery records.
• Resolution: If our investigation confirms a genuine error or failure on our part, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Zutilo is a Venue/Marketplace Only. We act as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. While we employ online verification processes to review item listings before they are published to ensuring quality and safety, please note:

• Physical Condition May Vary: Although we verify digital listing details, the actual physical condition of an item may differ in rare cases. We do not physically inspect items listed by third-party sellers.
• No Shipping or Delivery by Zutilo: Zutilo is not involved in the logistics, shipping, transportation, or delivery of any items. All arrangements for delivery, pickup, and inspection are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

No Refunds or Returns by Zutilo: Since Zutilo is not a party to the independent transaction between buyers and sellers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any marketplace items.

Buyer Advice: We strongly recommend inspecting items in person before making any payment. Clear communication with the seller regarding their specific return policy (if any) is essential. All sales are generally considered final unless otherwise agreed upon directly with the seller.
