Find the kind of ad you need
Browse miscellaneous items, event items and lost-and-found notices across Gujarat on Zutilo. You may come across used or like-new goods, decoration materials or sound equipment, depending on the ads available. A notice about a missing item is different from an offer to sell or rent something, so read what the advertiser is asking for.
Use the Miscellaneous or Event Items links if you know which kind of ad you need. Check the actual viewing or collection location before travelling. If you are looking for a phone, vehicle, furniture or another clearly named item, choose its own category rather than assuming it will be listed here.
Check the item and the full cost
For goods, ask for current photos, measurements, quantity, condition and everything included. A price may be for one piece, a whole bundle or a rental period. Confirm which it is before comparing offers. See the actual item where practical; for powered equipment, ask for a safe demonstration and suitable expert advice if its condition is uncertain.
For event items, confirm the date, quantity and whether the offer is a sale or rental. Ask who handles delivery, setup, collection and any damage deposit. Zutilo helps you contact advertisers; it does not inspect items, arrange the event or handle the agreement and payment for you. Avoid paying only on the strength of photos or a promise to reserve something.
Make your ad clear and specific
Name the actual item or the purpose of the notice. For goods, show your own photos and describe the condition, quantity, missing parts, asking price and collection area. For event offers, say if the items are for sale or rent and what is included. Choose the category that best describes the item; an unclear title makes it harder for people to understand the offer.
For a lost-and-found notice, give useful details about the item, place and approximate time, but keep private identifying information for a direct conversation. Do not publish identity-document numbers or sensitive personal details. If someone claims to have found your lost item, do not send money or private identity details solely on that claim. Check the posting allowance and any fee shown before submitting an ad. Agree the next steps with the other person rather than treating a reply as proof of identity or a completed deal.
