Choose a machine for the work you need to do
Browse machinery ads across Gujarat on Zutilo and speak directly with the person selling the machine. Depending on current ads, you may find used industrial, workshop or small-business machines, as well as unused equipment. Choose by the work it needs to do, not just the asking price.
For a lathe or CNC machine, ask what material it can work on and how accurately it makes the parts you need. For a compressor, check the air supply your tools require; for a flour mill or food-processing machine, ask to see a suitable product being processed safely. Compare capacity and the finished result, not just whether the motor runs. For sewing or weaving equipment, explore the textile machinery ads linked below.
Check the space, power and equipment included
Ask for the brand, model, approximate age and a clear photo of the plate showing the machine's brand and model. Confirm its dimensions, weight, required power supply and any air, water or other supply needed. Have a qualified electrician or technician check suitability for your premises before committing.
Find out which motor, attachments, tools and other pieces come with it. Ask if manuals are available and what repairs or replacements are known to be needed. Compare the complete offer rather than assuming everything visible in a workshop photo is included.
See it working and arrange an informed inspection
Confirm the actual machine location and whether a working demonstration is possible before travelling. Where it can be run safely, have a trained operator demonstrate it doing a suitable job and bring a technician who knows that kind of machine. Ask about noise, leakage, wear and previous repairs; a short video is not a full inspection.
Do not start unfamiliar machinery yourself or accept a demonstration that ignores safety precautions. For equipment involving pressure, lifting or other special risks, get appropriate qualified advice and check any required documents before use. Zutilo does not inspect machines or certify their safety or performance.
Agree the cost of moving and setting it up
Compare the machine price with inspection, necessary repairs, dismantling, loading, transport, unloading and installation costs. Ask what taxes or other charges apply to the seller's offer. A lower asking price may become a more expensive purchase once the machine is ready for your work.
Agree who arranges each step, the collection date and any payment or reservation terms in writing. Confirm that the seller owns the machine or is authorised to sell it. Zutilo helps people find ads and contact each other; the users arrange the purchase, movement and setup.
Tell buyers what the machine can actually do
To sell a machine, state its job, brand, model, age if known and actual location. Show clear current photos of the machine, brand and model plate and included attachments. Explain if it is running, disconnected, dismantled or in need of repair, and if a demonstration can be arranged.
State the asking price, included pieces, known faults and pickup arrangements. Do not describe it as fully working, recently serviced or suitable for a particular output unless you can support that claim. Explain any agreed delivery or warranty separately; neither is automatically provided by Zutilo.
