રોજની મુસાફરી, કસરત કે બાળક માટે સેકન્ડ હેન્ડ સાયકલ શોધો છો? ગુજરાતભરની જાહેરાતો જોઈ તમારા ઉપયોગ સાથે સાયકલનો પ્રકાર સરખાવો. અત્યારે મૂકેલી જાહેરાતો મુજબ સાદી, ગિયરવાળી કે બાળકોની સાયકલ મળી શકે છે. જતાં પહેલાં સાયકલ જોવા ક્યાં જવું પડશે તે પૂછો.
ફ્રેમ અને પૈડાનું માપ પૂછો. ચલાવનાર હેન્ડલ અને બ્રેક સુધી સરળતાથી પહોંચી શકે છે કે નહીં તે જુઓ. માત્ર સીટ ઊંચી કે નીચી કરવાથી ખોટા માપની ફ્રેમ બરાબર નહીં થાય. બાળક મોટું થશે ત્યારે કામ આવશે એવી મોટી સાયકલને બદલે અત્યારે સંભાળી શકે તેવી પસંદ કરો.
ચલાવી જોતાં પહેલાં હાલત તપાસો
તિરાડ, વાંકાં ભાગ કે પહેલાં પડેલી હોય તેનાં નિશાન જુઓ. પૈડાં બરાબર લાગેલાં છે, ટાયરમાં હવા રહે છે અને બ્રેક કામ કરે છે તે તપાસો. ચેઇનનો ઘસારો, ગિયર બદલાય છે કે નહીં અને પહેલાંની મરામત પૂછો. નુકસાન કે બ્રેક વિશે શંકા હોય તો ચલાવતાં પહેલાં સાયકલના મેકેનિક પાસે તપાસ કરાવો. સાફ ફોટો કે “નવી જેવી” લખ્યું હોય તે સલામત હોવાનો પુરાવો નથી.
વેચનારની મંજૂરીથી જરૂરી તપાસ પછી જ હેલ્મેટ પહેરી વાહનવ્યવહારથી દૂર યોગ્ય જગ્યાએ ચલાવી જુઓ. જરૂરી ટાયર, બ્રેકની મરામત, સર્વિસ અને લઈ આવવાનો ખર્ચ કુલ ભાવમાં ગણો. Zutilo જાહેરાત આપનાર સાથે સંપર્ક કરાવે છે; સાયકલની તપાસ કરતું નથી અને તેની હાલત કે સલામતીની ખાતરી આપતું નથી.
ખરીદનારને મળશે તે જ સાયકલના ફોટા અને વિગતો આપો
આખી સાયકલના અને ઘસારો કે નુકસાન હોય તે ભાગના સાફ ફોટા મૂકો. જાણતા હો તો બ્રાન્ડ અને મોડેલ, ફ્રેમ અને પૈડાનું માપ, ગિયરવાળી છે કે સાદી, પહેલાંની મરામત અને ખામી જણાવો. કેરિયર કે તાળું સાથે આપશો કે નહીં, માંગેલો ભાવ અને ક્યાંથી લેવાની છે તે લખો.
સાયકલ તમારી પાસે કેવી રીતે આવી અને ખરીદીનો કોઈ પુરાવો આપી શકો તો તેની વાત કરો; જાહેર ફોટામાં અંગત વિગતો ઢાંકી દો. ખરીદનાર સાથે તપાસ, ચલાવી જોવાની, આપવાની અને પૈસાની શરતો નક્કી કરો. સાયકલ આપતાં પહેલાં તમારા ખાતામાં પૈસા તપાસો. મોકલી આપવાનું કે સર્વિસ કરાવવાનું તમે અને ખરીદનાર નક્કી કરો તો જ સામેલ ગણો.
